We are based in London. We distribute within the UK via FedEx, UPS, DLH and First Class Priority Mail.

We have been operating for over five years and have built up a reputable establishment online. We have a great team and aim to grow our business more and more, offering our customers the best electric vehicle chargers available.

DELIVERY ENQUIRY

When will my order arrive?

Fast and Reliable Delivery - Direct from Manufacturer/Supplier

Most orders dispatch same or next day, depending on the time you place your order. Our couriers deliver next-day, so you can expect your EV charger within 1-3 business days.

Direct to your door: We work closely with our manufacturers and suppliers to ensure your order ships directly from their warehouses to your location, minimizing handling and expediting delivery.

How I track my order?

We'll automatically email you with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

What happens if I am not in when my order arrives?

The courier will attempt delivery for 3 business days. If you're unavailable during these attempts, we'll contact you to arrange a redelivery.

Redelivery fees may apply unless the courier's delivery attempt violates their protocols.

RETURNS PROCESS

What happens if I have ordered the wrong product?

Change of Mind or Incorrect Item:

  • We understand that mistakes happen! If you've ordered the wrong EV charger or accessory, or simply changed your mind, you have 30 days from the delivery date to notify us.

  • To initiate a return, please email us at sales@evempire.co.uk with your order number, invoice number, or sales order number. We'll then provide you with easy-to-follow return instructions.

  • You'll be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

  • Once we receive the returned item and confirm it's in its original condition, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • EV Empire reserves the right to deduct a portion of your refund if the returned item is damaged/ or you received free carriage (£12) /or you requested return after 7 days of purchase, (10% restocking fee would be deducted from your refund).

How long does it take to process a return?

EV Empire takes up to 6 weeks to process a return after they receive the item. This includes inspecting the product and issuing any credit.

Refunds will always be issued to the original payment method you used when placing your order (e.g., debit card). Exceptions can only be made if the original card details are expired or the original account no longer exists.

Who pays for return shipping?

If you follow our return process for damaged/ warranty reasons (which we'll provide upon request), you won't be charged for return shipping.

If you choose to return the unwanted product yourself using a different courier, we will only reimburse you up to £10 for the shipping cost.

What happens if my returned product isn't faulty?

If, after testing, we determine the product you returned is not actually faulty, you may be charged a fee (10% restocking fee).

This fee covers the cost of collecting the product, testing it, repackaging it, returning it to you, and handling any administrative tasks involved.

Always follow our return process to avoid any potential charges for non-faulty returns.
